Georgia’s foreign trade in goods (excluding non-declared trade) totaled USD 11.93 billion in the first half of 2025, marking a 12.8% increase year-on-year, the National Statistics Office of Georgia (GeoStat) reported on Monday.

• Exports rose by 13.7% to USD 3.23 billion

• Imports grew 12.4% to USD 8.7 billion

• The trade deficit amounted to USD 5.46 billion, making up 45.8% of total trade

GeoStat also noted that 69.3% of Georgia’s trade was with its top 10 partners. The leading trade partners in H1 2025 were:

• Turkey – USD 1.46 billion

• United States – USD 1.32 billion

• Russia – USD 1.28 billion
