According to preliminary estimates released by the National Statistics Service of Georgia, the country’s real Gross Domestic Product (GDP) grew by 6.5% in July 2025 compared to the same period last year. The average GDP growth for the first seven months of 2025 was recorded at 8.0%.

Several sectors contributed significantly to the July growth, including:

• Transport and storage

• Information and communication

• Arts, entertainment, and recreation

• Trade

However, the report also highlights a decline in the manufacturing and construction sectors, indicating mixed performance across industries.
