Colonel Davit Tamazashvili, Head of Georgia’s Border Police, met with Captain I Rank Kobak Meric, Deputy Head of the NATO-Georgia Essential Package group.

The meeting focused on Turkey’s support for the Maritime Security Initiative and ongoing cooperation under the NATO-Georgia framework. Tamazashvili also updated Meric on current Border Police projects, with both sides positively assessing bilateral maritime security collaboration.
