With the support of the National Wine Agency of Georgia, 14 wine producers from Georgia were represented at the international exhibition of natural wines "RAW Wine" held in Copenhagen, the capital of Denmark.
"RAW Wine" (The Artisan Wine Fair) is one of the outstanding exhibitions where producers of high-quality natural, organic and biodynamic wines gather. The organizer of the exhibition is Isabelle Legeron, a famous master of wine from France.
In 20232, about 180 producers from different countries [including countries such as USA, France, Great Britain, Spain, Germany, Italy, Chile and others] of the world participated in the exhibition "RAW Wine" (The Artisan Wine Fair).
The visitors of the exhibition got to know the Georgian wines and, at the same time, the ancient traditions and history of the Georgian wine production, which is important for the promotion of Georgian wine and the diversification of markets. By presenting the Georgian wine at such a prestigious international exhibition, the awareness of the Georgian wine increases, which provides an opportunity to find the potential importers and increase exports.
The Scandinavian market is considered one of the most important markets for the National Wine Agency due to the growing interest towards the Georgian wine. Accordingly, the agency has been carrying out important marketing activities for the mentioned market for several years.
