With the support of the National Wine Agency of Georgia and renowned German sommelier and influencer Toni Askitis, Georgian wine was recently showcased in Düsseldorf, Germany.

The wine presentations took place at Pelican Fly, Askitis' wine bar, as well as in a local park. Askitis, known for sharing wine news through his popular channel #Asktoni, played a key role in introducing Georgian wine to German audiences.

Germany, the largest wine importer in Europe, has been a strategic market for Georgian wine since 2020. It now ranks among the top ten export destinations for Georgia’s wine industry.

To further promote Georgian wine in Germany, the National Wine Agency runs a variety of campaigns, including participation in international fairs and organizing wine tours in Georgia for German media and sales professionals.
