Georgian wine was featured in a special tasting event in Deidesheim, Germany, as part of the prestigious TOP 50 Sommeliers awards ceremony. The event was organized by the Georgian National Wine Agency’s German contractor, ff.k Public Relations, with financial support from the agency.

Renowned German wine expert Inge Mainzer led the tasting, introducing Georgian wines to an audience of top sommeliers and industry professionals. The TOP 50 Sommeliers awards, held annually since 2012, celebrate excellence in the field of wine service and expertise.

Germany has emerged as one of Georgia’s key wine export markets since 2020. The National Wine Agency has maintained a longstanding partnership with ff.k Public Relations since 2012 to promote Georgian wine in the German market.
