A Georgian wheelchair fencer Nina Tibilashvili claimed a silver medal in the women’s sabre category at the Wheelchair Fencing World Cup held in Pisa, Italy.

Tibilashvili defeated Kwon Hyo-kyeong of South Korea with a score of 15:4 in the semi-finals before losing to Kinga Drozdz of Poland with a score of 9:15 in the final.

The Georgian para-athletes won two medals at the Pisa World Cup tournament with Irma Khetsuriani claiming a gold medal in the women’s foil category.
