A Georgian prominent violinist Liana Isakadze died at the age of 78, the family members reported on social networks.

“Liana Isakadze is one of the outstanding violinists of our time; She belonged to prodigies, she became a violinist at the age of three; her performance is distinguished by artistry, deep musicality, and virtuosity,” reads the statement.

Liana Isakadze was the organizer of Nights Serenades, a classic music festival.
