In January 2022, a total of 199,393 international travelers visited Georgia, which is a 38% recovery of the 2019 levels, and 471% more compared to 2021.
According to the Tourism Administration, 163,615 international tourists visited Georgia in January that shows a recovery of 53% to the 2019 levels and 456% more compared to 2021.
The acting head of the National Tourism Administration says the January statistics show even more positive expectations.
