
With the support of the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture of Georgia and the organization of the Rural Development Agency, the Georgian stand was represented for the first time at the World of Private Label International Trade Show exhibition held in the city of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
The Georgian companies exhibited the Georgian agricultural products, nuts, Juices, chips, jams and compotes, to the visitors of the exhibition. Davit Tsitlidze, director of the Rural Development Agency, and Davit Solomonia, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Georgia to the Kingdom of the Netherlands, attended the exhibition held in Amsterdam.
"The EU market is a strategic direction for the export of the Georgian products. At the international exhibition held in Amsterdam, where the Georgian stand was organized by the Rural Development Agency, 8 Georgian companies presented their products, which is a good opportunity for the Georgian companies to establish connections and develop exports in priority directions", - Davit Tsitlidze said.
As the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Georgia to the Kingdom of the Netherlands, Davit Solomonia, noted, the participation of the Georgian side in one of the large-scale exhibitions is important in terms of diversifying export markets and access to the EU market.
About 3,000 companies from 73 countries took part in the World of Private Label International Trade Show held in Amsterdam. More than 60 international and regional pavilions were arranged.
