
Tea Akhvlediani, Georgia’s Minister for Reconciliation and Civil Equality, on Monday met with the Ambassadors accredited in Georgia and representatives of international organizations.
Reportedly, the meeting’s purpose was to discuss the execution of policies for civil equality, integration, and civil equality as well as past accomplishments and future goals.
Tea Akhvlediani emphasized the value of close, coordinated cooperation with international partners and expressed gratitude for their firm support of Georgia’s sovereignty and territorial integrity within internationally recognized borders.
The meeting touched upon the dire humanitarian situation in the occupied regions of Georgia, the discrimination and other gross violations of fundamental rights facing the locals, especially the ethnic Georgians living in Gali and Akhalgori regions.
The meeting was held with the USAID and the UNAG support.
