
Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze will make an official visit to Hungary on June 11–12, according to a statement from his press service.
The visit will begin with a formal welcoming ceremony at the Hungarian Prime Minister’s Palace, followed by a one-on-one meeting and broader bilateral talks with Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán and members of both governments.
Key outcomes of the visit are expected during the second session of the Georgia-Hungary Intergovernmental Commission in Budapest, where cooperation agreements in agriculture, energy, culture, innovation, and sports will be signed. A joint press conference will follow the session.
Prime Minister Kobakhidze is also scheduled to meet with **Hungarian President Tamás Šuyok and László Kovár, the Speaker of the Hungarian National Assembly.
