Under the decision of the Prime Minister of Georgia, Irakli Gharibashvili, the days from January 3 through January 6, 2023 were defined as holidays for those employed in the administrative bodies under the General Administrative Code of Georgia.
According to the government's decree, the administrative body shall determine the services and employees under its authority, to whom this decree will not apply, if the performance of their functions is an urgent necessity for the implementation of state power and the normal functioning of society.
The decree does not apply to the financial obligations to be fulfilled before the persons subject to the supervision of the National Bank of Georgia.
In addition, the aforementioned decree does not apply to the activities related to state procurement provided by the Law of Georgia on State Procurement.
