"Congratulations to Emmanuel Macron, with you France won! It's Europe that wins! And we win, Georgians, Ukrainians who need a strong, worthy Europe, that Russia is forced to respect and cannot buy or crush!" Salome Zourabichvili wrote on Twitter.
