President of Georgia, Mikheil Kavelashvili, is scheduled to make his first official visit to Azerbaijan on April 15–16.

According to the Administration of the President of Georgia, President Kavelashvili will be hosted by Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev. The visit’s agenda includes high-level meetings with Prime Minister Ali Asadov and Chairperson of the Milli Mejlis, Sahiba Gafarova, involving both bilateral and expanded-format discussions.

President Kavelashvili will lead the Georgian delegation, accompanied by Deputy Foreign Minister Lasha Darsalia and Members of Parliament Givi Mikanadze, Zaur Dargali, and Savalan Mirzoev.
