President of Georgia Mikheil Kavelashvili held a farewell meeting with Hassan Bin Ahmed Ali Mohammed Al-Mutawa, the Ambassador of Qatar to Georgia, the Presidential Administration reported.

The meeting took place at the Presidential Palace, where President Kavelashvili expressed his appreciation for the Ambassador’s dedicated service and efforts to enhance the bilateral relationship between Georgia and Qatar.

“The President expressed his gratitude to the diplomat for his dedicated service in Georgia and for his significant contributions to strengthening the close partnership between our countries. He also wished him every success in his future endeavours,” the statement read.
