"Therefore, this is not the time to allow certain opposition marginals and radicals to destabilize the situation. On the contrary, we must continue to build the country and calmly manage the process. I believe that the international community will achieve an end to the war in Ukraine. This is a tragedy and the parties will negotiate in the coming days," Gharibashvili said.
