The Prime Minister of Georgia, Irakli Kobakhidze, met the newly appointed Resident Coordinator of the United Nations in Georgia, Didier Trebucq.

The conversation touched on the fruitful partnership between the Government of Georgia and the Office of the Permanent Coordinator of the United Nations, and the readiness for future cooperation was expressed.

The Head of Government emphasized the efforts of the UN Resident Coordinator in supporting the country's needs and national priorities, including the effective implementation of the 2030 Agenda and Sustainable Development Goals (SDG).

The parties discussed the security and human rights situation in the occupied territories of Georgia.
