Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze informed journalists in Zestaponi that Georgia is offering the United States a clear roadmap to reset the strategic partnership between the two countries. "If there is corresponding interest from the American side, the relationship will certainly be rebooted," he stated.
Kobakhidze emphasized that Georgia is awaiting a response from the U.S. President’s administration.
"We cannot discuss internal matters at this stage. From our perspective, the crucial point is our full readiness to reset Georgian-American relations. Moreover, we propose that the U.S. rekindle our strategic partnership with a concrete roadmap starting from a clean slate. If there is similar interest from the United States, then, of course, the relationship will be revived. We are awaiting the position of the president’s administration," Kobakhidze concluded.
