
Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Gharibashvili condemned the recent terrorist attack organized by Palestinian terrorist organisation Hamas on Israel in a meeting with the country’s Ambassador to Georgia Hadas Meitzad in Tbilisi.
“Irakli Gharibashvili sent his condolences over those killed in the series of attacks launched on October 7, and the subsequent confrontation,” - the Government press office said.
Israel has confirmed the death of more than 1,300 in Hamas' attack and ongoing rocket fire from the Gaza Strip controlled by the group, including at least 276 troops, while more than 3,200 others have been injured, according to latest figures.
Israeli airstrikes have killed at least 2,750 people and injured at least 9,700 in Gaza, Palestinian officials said on Monday.
