The Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze said he had “a productive meeting” with Alain Berset, Secretary General of the Council of Europe.

According to the PM, the meeting covered “Georgia’s ongoing processes, reforms, and the European integration path, highlighting the crucial role of the Council of Europe in supporting these efforts.”

“I expressed sincere gratitude to the Secretary General for his personal commitment to strengthening our cooperation. We are confident that his continued support, which is of great importance to us, will remain active,” the PM wrote on X.
