
Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze will visit Shanghai at the invitation of Li Qiang, Premier of the People’s Republic of China, the Georgian Government announced.
During the visit, Kobakhidze is scheduled to hold discussions with the Chinese Premier.
“Irakli Kobakhidze will also attend the opening ceremony of the China International Import Expo, where Georgia is participating as a guest of honour this year. More than 40 Georgian companies will be represented at the exhibition,” the government stated.
The Prime Minister will be accompanied by a high-level delegation, including Foreign Minister Maka Botchorishvili, Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development Mariam Kvrivishvili, Minister of Environment Protection and Agriculture Davit Songulashvili, Minister of Finance Lasha Khutsishvili, Minister of Infrastructure Revaz Sokhadze, National Bank President Natia Turnava, and Head of the Government Administration Levan Zhorzholiani.
