The Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze extended his congratulations to Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, a winger for the Georgian national football team and former player for SSC Napoli, on his transfer to Paris Saint-Germain Football Club.

In his message of congratulations shared on social media, Prime Minister Kobakhidze expressed: "A new chapter in Georgian football begins. I wish Khvicha much success, including numerous titles and the achievement of winning the UEFA Champions League."

Paris Saint-Germain secured a remarkable €70 million (£59m/$72m) transfer deal to acquire Kvaratskhelia from Napoli, with the player committing to a five-year contract with the club.
