Japan and Singapore are in the first place in the ranking of the most powerful passports in the world in 2022. CNN writes about this based on the index of Henley & Partners.
According to the publication, the index doesn't take temporary restrictions into account, so leaving actual current travel access aside, holders of the passports at the top of its ranking -- Japan and Singapore -- are able, in theory, to travel visa-free to 192 destinations. Also, the top ten list includes: South Korea, Germany, New Zealand, the USA, the UK, Sweden, etc. The full rating can be viewed at this link.
The Georgian passport is ranked 48th – it allows citizens to travel to 115 countries without a visa. Last year, the country ranked 51st in the index.
