Georgian Parliament Speaker Shalva Papuashvili has departed for Ankara, Turkey, on an official visit. During his trip, he is scheduled to meet with Numan Kurtulmuş, Chairman of the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye.

Speaker Papuashvili is leading a Georgian delegation that includes:

• Deputy Speaker Ilia Injia

• Chair of the Foreign Relations Committee Nikoloz Samkharadze

• Chair of the Defence and Security Committee Aleksandre Tabatadze

• Head of the Georgia-Türkiye Parliaments Friendship Group Gia Chkonia

The official visit is set to conclude on June 18.
