The Parliament rejected the draft law "On transparency of foreign influence" in the second reading.
The draft law initiated by People's Power was put to the vote without any discussion. One MP voted for the draft law, while 35 deputies voted against it. A total of 112 legislators attended the session.
To be reminded, the Parliament adopted the draft law "On the transparency of foreign influence" in the first reading with 76 votes on March 7. However, after large-scale protests, the parliamentary majority decided to reject it in the second reading and to withdraw the draft law "On the registration of foreign agents".
