According to the First Deputy Minister of Finance, Giorgi Kakauridze, within the framework of the project, the Asian Development Bank (ADB) will provide a loan of 101 million EUROS. 

This resource is intended for the improvement of municipal infrastructure and services, urban renewal, development of public and tourist transport infrastructure in the regions of Georgia and Tbilisi.

The loan term is 26 years, with an 11-year grace period. The estimated date of completion of the project is December 30, 2027.
