The draft law regulates the issues related to the state policy in the field of tourism, legal regulation of tourist activities, management of tourist destinations, state registration of tourist activity entities, tourist package and combined tourist service contracts, protection from insolvency and implementation of high-risk tourist activities. 
The draft law also refers to the regulation of tourist guide activities, time management, long-term vacations, resale and exchange agreements, and the enforcement of tourism legislation.
