A Georgian para-shooter Lado Chincharauli has won a silver medal at the ongoing European Championship in Granada, Spain and claimed a licence for the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games, the Georgian Paralympic Committee said on Tuesday.

Chincharauli earned 251.5 points in the 10-metre pneumatic rifle shooting winning second place on Monday, the committee said, adding the Georgian team claimed 13 guaranteed licenses for the Paris Summer Paralympic Games in 6 sports.

The Paralympic Games will take place from August 28 to September 8 in Paris.
