David Songulashvili, the Minister of Agriculture and Environmental Protection of Georgia, held a meeting with Anna Mária Sikó, the Ambassador of Hungary to Georgia, to explore opportunities for strengthening trade and economic relations between the two nations.
Minister Songulashvili emphasized the significant potential for collaboration in the areas of environmental protection and agricultural development. The discussion also covered the advancement of bilateral ties in fields such as science, aquaculture, livestock, and the production of grain and tea.
Ambassador Sikó expressed that Georgia is regarded as a "friendly country" by Hungary and conveyed Hungary's readiness for "multilateral effective cooperation and the sharing of expertise."
The meeting was attended by Nino Tandilashvili, the First Deputy Minister, alongside representatives from the Ministry and officials from the Hungarian Embassy.
