The Georgian Minister of Internal Affairs Vakhtang Gomelauri attended an event to mark Didgoroba, an annual public festival at Didgori Valley of the Tetritskharo Municipality.

The Interior Minister visited Didgori Valley together with Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze, cabinet members and local government representatives.

Georgians mark Didgoroba, the anniversary of the Didgori Battle fought between the armies of the Kingdom of Georgia and the Great Seljuq Empire in Didgori, 40 km west of Tbilisi, on August 12, 1121.
