At the meeting, the parties talked about the ongoing projects funded by the EIB and discussed the details of further cooperation.
The European Investment Bank is one of the largest partners of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia. The EIB finances a number of important projects in Georgia, both in the direction of gas infrastructure, water supply and municipal infrastructure development.
"At today's meeting, we discussed and positively evaluated the progress of important projects in the country with the support of the European Investment Bank. We also considered the prospects for the development of cooperation. The conversation also touched on the EIB's involvement in other sectors and deepening of cooperation", said Irakli Karseladze.
