The Georgian-German documentary The Country of Rustaveli was screened. This is a documentarian Zurab Inashvili’s last project, which his son Erekle Inashvili completed after his father's death.
The central character of the film is the German linguist Emine Şahingöz. Does today's Georgia live following the values of Rustaveli and why is The Knight in the Tiger Skin so important for Georgians? - this is what Emine explores during her trip to Georgia.
The film is the debut work of Erekle Inashvili. The 68-minute film is a project funded by the National Film Center of Georgia.
