Maka Botchorishvili, the Georgian Foreign Minister, and Faig Guliyev, the Azerbaijani Ambassador to Georgia, offered a positive evaluation of the broad scope of the strategic partnership between their countries. They highlighted the successful collaboration in areas such as trade, economy, transport, and energy.

During the meeting, the two officials addressed key issues on the bilateral agenda, including Botchorishvili’s forthcoming official visit to Azerbaijan and the upcoming tenth session of the Joint Intergovernmental Commission on Economic Cooperation. Additionally, the discussion encompassed the importance of ensuring the peaceful and stable development of the South Caucasus region. Both sides expressed their commitment to further enhancing the exemplary strategic cooperation between Georgia and Azerbaijan, with a view to making it even more dynamic, as stated by the Georgian Foreign Ministry.
