The parties talked about the issues of cooperation between Georgia and the International Monetary Fund and the progress of the reforms envisaged by the IMF program. The economic situation and forecasts in the country since the beginning of the year were discussed.
The meeting was attended by the International Monetary Fund (IMF) Resident Representative for Georgia, Selim Chakir, the Deputy Ministers of Finance Giorgi Kakauridze, Ekaterine Guntsadze, Mirza Gelashvili, the Head of the Cash Forecasting and Management Department of the State Treasury, Davit Gamkrelidze and the Department Head of Fiscal Risk Management, Shota Gunia.
