Following discussions between the Georgian National Film Center and the International Film Festival Rotterdam at the Venice Film Festival this year, the restored version of Tengiz Abuladze’s seminal film Someone Else’s Children will have its world premiere at the 54th Rotterdam Film Festival, as reported by the Georgian National Film Center.

The festival is scheduled to take place from January 30 to February 9, 2025, with the Georgian cinematic masterpiece being showcased in the Cinema Regained section.

The film's restoration was completed in 2023, with support from the Georgian National Film Center and the Ministry of Culture and Sports of Georgia.
