Georgian film candidate for Oscar nomination to be named in September

The Georgian National Film Center will select a candidate movie from Georgia for the 2023 International Feature Film nomination of the American Film Academy.
"Georgia's candidate film will be selected by a special commission on the basis of secret ballot. The name of the candidate film will be known in September 2022", - the National Film Center said.
The National Film Center will receive applications from production companies until 17:00 on September 9.
