Natia Turnava addressed the participants of the event online and noted that there is an important period of reforms in the energy sector, which is partly conditioned by Georgia's Energy Community Treaty and Association Agreement with the European Union.

The Minister said that in the last few years a legal framework for the future projects has been successfully created and initial acts have been defining.
