“As for the ENKA agreement, this process is quite difficult, the company ENKA has its claims; they were delayed in the working process. They also have some suggestions, but we may consider some of them and disagree on some, so this process will be legal and it is natural that until it is in progress, we cannot provide the public with any information,” – said the Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia, Levan Davitashvili.

"Expert companies, consulting and law firms, including the state control organizations, are involved in the process, making their own comments on the project. Trials are also underway and this is a complex issue, in general, so we must understand that we have to wait for a properly conducted legal process, about which the public will have full information,"- said Davitashvili.
