“In Georgia, we are witnessing a deliberate campaign filled with falsehoods intended to mislead the public about the Eagle Hills projects. Yet, our society is discerning and can distinguish between genuine contributions and malicious intent,” said Mariam Kvrivishvili, Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development, responding to opposition critiques of the investment initiative.
Minister Kvrivishvili emphasized that attracting an unprecedented USD 6.5 billion in investment will significantly benefit Georgia and its citizens.
She also highlighted that the project will create thousands of new jobs in Gonio and Tbilisi.
“Georgian businesses will gain new economic opportunities, and our tourism sector will see fresh growth. These unfounded attempts to discredit a project of national importance are simply unpatriotic,” Minister Kvrivishvili concluded.
