Within the framework of the visit, it is planned to hold the third round of negotiations regarding the negotiations on the agreement on promotion and protection of investments with Korea, which will contribute to the protection of private capital and will stimulate the implementation of Korean investments in Georgia and vice versa.

Initial consultations regarding the investment agreement between the parties were held in Seoul in December 2019, and the first official round took place on June 24-25, 2021.

From the Georgian side, the representatives of the Ministries of Economy and Sustainable Development, Foreign Affairs, Justice and Finance are included in the group of negotiators.
