At the meeting the parties discussed bilateral economic relations and priority areas of further cooperation. It was noted that the countries are interested in developing ties in bilateral trade, transport, logistics, innovation and tourism.
The Pakistani side has expressed interest in forming the government groups within which it would be possible to identify and resolve priority issues.
As part of the visit of the Pakistani delegation, the first round of bilateral political consultations between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Georgia and Pakistan was held in Tbilisi.
