
"The Georgian Business Association officials met with the representation of the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Georgia and discussed the current economic relations and cooperation prospects between the two countries," - the Georgian Business Association reports.
The discussion at the meeting touched on granting Georgia the EU candidate country status, as well as economic reforms, access to the European market and free trade agreements. Opportunities for business activity in Georgia and the general investment and business climate were also considered.
The Executive Director of the Association, Levan Vepkhvadze, briefed the Embassy on the results of the quarterly survey of the Georgian Business Association, BAG index, paying attention to the shortage of qualified personnel and human resources in the labor market.
Within the framework of the meeting, the energy projects, the current situation and challenges in the direction of infrastructure, transport and logistics were also discussed.
