A Georgian artist Giorgi Gigashvili became the Silver Medalist at the Arthur Rubinstein International Piano Master Competition. 33 pianists took part in the competition; three prize places were awarded to Yukine Kuroki (bronze), Giorgi Gigashvili (silver) and Kevin Chen (gold). It should be noted that today only the names of the first, second and third place winners were announced, and tomorrow - the winners of various prize categories will be revealed.
The final consisted of three stages. On March 24, in the first stage, Giorgi Gigashvili performed Beethoven's piano trio for cello and clarinet:

In the second stage - he played Mozart's 20th concerto for piano and orchestra:

To be informed, the competition named after one of the outstanding pianists of the twentieth century, Arthur Rubinstein, has existed since 1974 and is held every three years in Tel Aviv.
