Between August 1, 2024, and April 23, 2025, Georgia exported 17.2 thousand tons of apples, according to the Ministry of Environment and Agriculture. The total value of these exports reached $10.9 million.

This marks a dramatic increase compared to the same period last year, with the volume of apple exports rising by 15 thousand tons—an increase of 7.6 times. Export revenue also climbed significantly, growing 7.4 times or by $9.4 million.

The average export price during the reporting period was $0.63 per kilogram.

The vast majority of apples were shipped to Russia (17,095 tons), followed by Kazakhstan (60 tons), Belarus (39 tons), Turkey (21 tons), and Armenia (11 tons).
