Georgian President Mikheil Kavelashvili met with Slovak President Peter Pellegrini during the United Nations General Assembly in New York.

President Kavelashvili highlighted the key priorities of cooperation between Georgia and Slovakia and discussed the potential for further strengthening their relationship. He noted that their bilateral ties are rooted in traditional connections, shared values, and mutual respect for each other's national interests.

Kavelashvili also expressed gratitude to President Pellegrini for Slovakia's continued support of Georgia’s territorial integrity and sovereignty.
