Georgian President Mikheil Kavelashvili met with Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly in New York.

The two leaders discussed ways to deepen bilateral cooperation and strengthen the growing partnership between Georgia and Serbia. They also addressed shared challenges facing their countries and the broader international community.

Both presidents reaffirmed their support for each other's territorial integrity. President Vučić invited Kavelashvili to visit Serbia, while Kavelashvili extended a reciprocal invitation to Georgia.
