
Nikoloz Samkharadze, Chair of the Foreign Relations Committee of the Georgian Parliament, met with Andrija Mandić, President of the Parliament of Montenegro, to discuss key issues of mutual interest.
As reported by the Parliament’s press office, the meeting covered a wide range of topics, including the enhancement of bilateral relations, strengthening of parliamentary cooperation, the ongoing occupation of Georgian territories by Russia, and developments in the Black Sea region.
The two sides also exchanged experiences on their respective countries' paths toward EU integration, as both Georgia and Montenegro hold EU candidate status.
Concluding the meeting, Samkharadze extended an official invitation to Mandić to visit Georgia on behalf of the Speaker of the Georgian Parliament.
