
Georgian Foreign Minister Maka Botchorishvili met with Liechtenstein's Deputy Prime Minister Sabine Monauni on the sidelines of the Council of Europe (CoE) ministerial meeting held in Luxembourg.
According to Georgia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the two officials reviewed bilateral relations and discussed opportunities for enhanced cooperation in multilateral platforms, particularly within the framework of the Council of Europe. They emphasized the strong potential for expanding collaboration across various sectors.
The conversation also touched on global and regional security issues. Minister Botchorishvili provided an update on the situation in Georgia’s occupied territories, underscoring the importance of maintaining this issue as a priority on the Council of Europe’s agenda.
As part of strengthening ties, Minister Botchorishvili extended an invitation to Deputy Prime Minister Monauni to visit Georgia at a mutually convenient time.
