Georgian Foreign Minister Maka Botchorishvili met with Hideki Ishizuka, Ambassador of Japan to Georgia, to discuss the current state and future prospects of bilateral and multilateral cooperation.

According to the Georgian Foreign Ministry, the discussions covered a broad range of issues, including regional developments and ongoing challenges. Ambassador Ishizuka reiterated Japan’s steadfast support for Georgia’s sovereignty and territorial integrity within its internationally recognized borders.

Both officials reaffirmed their commitment to deepening the successful partnership between Georgia and Japan, emphasizing continued collaboration across various sectors.
